I have been providing individual, family, and group therapy for almost 20 years with a diverse population of clients in multiple settings. My professional experience has been with individuals of all ages including children/teens, couples, families, and adults with a range of issues including anxiety, ADHD, life phase transitions, school related difficulties, parenting struggles, self-esteem, and family/relationship issues. My experiences have come from working in a variety of settings including community agencies, inpatient substance abuse treatment, residential treatment, hospitals, military installations, and private practice.
Collaborating with clients to individualize treatment approach and goals in a relaxed, non-judgmental way is what I find to be most effective for being successful. I incorporate a combination of approaches (systems, CBT, strengths-based, brief solution focused, mindfulness) in order to best suit my client's needs. I am excited to go on this journey with you!

Groups
Friday Night Out
3 hour group that allows kids to work on skills including social skills, communication skills, flexibility, coping skills, and self esteem through music therapy, art therapy, and social time. The older teens/young adults go on fieldtrips in the community as well.
