Understanding ourselves and our lives can be difficult. On the one hand, our inner critics may be so loud, self-examination is torturous. I have extensive experience helping people with existential crises, finding direction in life, thematic/recurring problems in relationships, and difficulties related to religious/spiritual matters. I am also very familiar w/anxiety, depression, addiction, sexual/identity struggles, and PTSD.
