I offer traditional contemplative psychotherapy as well as psychedelic assisted.
I have specialized in trauma & PTSD recovery for over ten years. Using a blend of Internal Family Systems and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, together we will identify your 'emotional blueprint' (the reason why you do and are the way you are), identify where you want to go and then initiate the process of long-term, life changing healing.
My role is to be a mirror of sorts for you, allowing you to connect to your own inner healer and become your best self.
