Thank you for your interest in my counseling page, I'm glad you're looking into it. Whether you've gone before or it's the first time, it can be intimidating to take the first steps. In counseling my goal is to help you feel at ease and flow more easily with the transitions that happen throughout our lives. Come visit as you are working through changes, your relationship, anxiety, or stress, struggling with depression, past trauma or self-esteem issues; whatever may keep you from alignment with your highest self. Through coaching and consultation, I also offer assistance with parenting, life strategies, and planning with students.
Through my years as a counselor, consultant, and educator, I have experience with people of all ages. In counseling I integrate techniques including talk therapy, narrative therapy, expressive arts, walking or nature therapy, as well as tapping into our Internal knowledge and somatic connections.
I am not here as an expert in your life, my role is to walk alongside as you learn about your own expert; helping to untangle things, find new tools and help integrate the whole person; body, mind and spirit. I am available for counseling with ages 9 to adulthood, with couples as well as consulting with parents and/or their students. I hope to hear from you!
