Hello! Exploring counseling is a courageous step in caring for yourself. I work with people of all ages and stages, respecting there are valid and complex reasons we need support. My goal is to create a safe space to share your story, and explore how your experiences, values, beliefs, and health, impact your life. My background is diverse and trauma informed. We will work closely to develop a therapeutic process that works for your unique needs and goals. I honor and appreciate the trust it takes to have me sit next you on this journey.
For 14 years I have practiced clinical, medical, and community social work. I offer assessment, counseling, coaching, consultation, organizational education and training.
