I take a holistic perspective to understand the entire story of who you are. My approach is down to earth, empathic, and trauma-informed. My specialties include self- esteem/confidence, perfectionism, relationship issues, creative blocks, and life transitions. I use somatic and mindfulness techniques, IFS/Parts Work, Narrative, and EFT/Gottman for couples.
