Is there a part of you that feels confused, anxious, insecure, sad, or in a cycle that you’re not sure how to get out of? Are you often frustrated, questioning your relationships, or doubting yourself? I will meet you where you are and work with you to better understand your experiences and how they are affecting you. We will explore whatever you are feeling stuck with and excavate a sense of meaning and purpose so you can safely change patterns that are no longer serving you. Our work will help you move confidently towards inner growth, increase self-compassion, and create a deeper and more authentic connection with yourself.

My style is warm, empathic, and relational. I work from a holistic, psychodynamic, and strength-based perspective in order to understand the entire story of who you are. I offer an eclectic approach to suit each individual client's needs. I incorporate evidence-based modalities including somatic and mindfulness techniques, EFT, IFS, and attachment theory.

I work with individuals, couples, and teens and am available for in person or virtual sessions. I specialize in relationship issues, self-esteem, perfectionism, anxiety, creative blocks, and personal or professional life transitions.
