Hi! My name is Bethany Price and I am passionate and curious therapist. I approach psychotherapy from a multi-faceted perspective and develop treatment to be tailored to the individual client’s needs. I love helping people grow into more authentic ways of being, improve relationships, and develop self-compassion. I work from a relational-Gestalt, psychodynamic, holistic and strength-based perspective. Through bringing presence to how emotions, behaviors, thoughts, relational dynamics, social positioning, and physical self shape experience, I strive to support others in self-discovery and healing.
I am trauma-informed and I work with individuals who are suffering due to childhood wounding, grief & loss, anxiety & depression, and systemic oppression. I specialize in helping people find meaning and heal from the grief that accompanies life transitions, loss, and trauma. I also enjoy working with neurodivergent clients and people in the arts.
I honor that we all come from an array of diverse and cultural backgrounds and it is of upmost importance to hold a person’s individual experience with compassion, respect, curiosity, and acceptance.
