I believe that people seek to be happy, healthy and safe and achieving those goals feels wonderfully rewarding for the client and myself.
I am committed to serving the needs of my community with focus on veterans, LGBTQ+ and residents of rural communities. One of my goals is to create a safe and accepting space for those in need regardless of orientation. I hope to provide this for you and/or your family by offering a variety of approaches spanning from cognitive focused to experiential.

Therapeutic Yoga
Prineville Counseling Center (PCC) is proud to sponsor a beginning level therapeutic yoga class open to community members (some age restrictions apply) for no charge. This class does not require prior experience, special equipment or fancy clothing. Hosted Wednesday (5 to 6pm) evenings at Rumpus Movement Studio, located one block from PCC. This class is taught by one of our therapists from PCC who is also certified in trauma informed yoga instruction. This is not a traditional group therapy session and if you have further questions please feel free to call PCC at 541-416-3697 and ask to speak with Alia.
