Therapeutic Yoga

Prineville Counseling Center (PCC) is proud to sponsor a beginning level therapeutic yoga class open to community members (some age restrictions apply) for no charge. This class does not require prior experience, special equipment or fancy clothing. Hosted Wednesday (5 to 6pm) evenings at Rumpus Movement Studio, located one block from PCC. This class is taught by one of our therapists from PCC who is also certified in trauma informed yoga instruction.
