In my practice with individuals and couples, I often use mindfulness-based therapies. Mindfulness has helped a great number of people work through the emotional difficulties that life often presents. Yet I always work in a way that serves my clients best. If you are experiencing emotional distress, I offer you a therapy environment of safety, caring, acceptance, and trust. My goal for all of my clients is to compassionately help them resolve any barriers that are preventing them from living joyfully. I work with any client(s) living in Oregon via a secure teletherapy platform.
As human beings we all encounter challenges. Some may leave us saddened, with a sense that we are not enough, anxious, or empty. I help clients through these struggles and others that we all might face: depression, stress, anxiety, grief, and issues with relationships, spirituality, or self-esteem.
I work respectfully with people of all cultures, races, sexual orientations, and religions. Having traveled around the world, I've gained a heightened cultural sensitivity to each person's values and beliefs. No matter what issues you'd bring to our sessions, know that you would be heard and accepted without judgment.
