I’m a sex therapist with extensive training in infidelity, narcissistic abuse, and antagonistic relational stress. I'm passionate about helping my clients discover their authentic selves. So many of us carry around so much guilt and shame about who we are and what we need to thrive. We spend our lives trying to convince the world that we’re worthy. This makes it impossible to trust our intuition, honor our desires, and show up fully in our relationships!
Our work will focus on deconstructing the guilt and shame that keep you stuck so that you can learn how to love fully, communicate with ease, and embrace your deepest desires. My style is person-centered, strengths based, and feminist at the core. I see myself as a facilitator in your process of self-discovery.
I endeavor to make my practice inclusive and welcoming. I invite you to reach out if you are ready to enrich the relationships you have with yourself and others.
