I see the therapy space as one that helps us move through these moments and create the lives that we want to be living. I recognize that we are all the experts of our own stories and I hope to co-create a space with you that feels most authentic to the journey that you are on. I focus on working with folks who hold marginalized identities and hope to provide a therapy space that allows you to feel safe.
At this time I see myself and approach to therapy as heavily strengths based. I think that the therapeutic relationship, at its core, is one of the biggest influencers on change within the room. I want you to feel comfortable and capable of the growth that is in you. Through this we will help you feel supported and ready to tackle any concerns you have!
Starting therapy can be really scary! I hope to be able to help that feel a little less scary. At this time I am really excited about working with couples and or families! I am also passionate about working LGBTQ+ folks, anxiety concerns, depression, and much more!
