I am a Certified Internal Family Systems Therapist (IFS), Relational and Somatically informed Psychodynamic Therapist. Using parts work, relational and compassionate inquiry to increase understanding while building access to a greater sense of self-compassion to meet the parts of yourself that have been stuck in hiding or protecting and bring them relief.
