We are trauma specialists facilitating survivors' healing journey from difficult life experiences in adult women and young girls. We assist to improve thought processing and gain insight. Faith Based (Christian) Counseling upon request. Racial and identity issues. We provide Couples Counseling (Pre-Marital and Marital) utilizing Gottman Level 2 training
We serve a diverse population including Black (African disapora) and Haitian American. We speak English and Haitian Creole. We have a desire to promote healthy relationship dynamics, improve communication, cohesiveness and encourage mental well being in the African American community. Groups
Healing from Childhood Sexual Trauma (Virtual)
An all women closed group focusing on recovering from childhood sexual trauma. In Healing for Adult Survivors of Childhood Sexual Abuse, you will complete a 12-session program for women whose problems stem from the sexual abuse they experienced as children. As part of a group, participants learn they are not alone and gain acceptance from others, experience the opportunity to engage in meaningful social relationships, practice intimacy, learn to trust, and find support for their journeys. ***Book your 15 minute phone consultation.
