I think telehealth is here to stay due to the increased accessibility it offers for all.
I provide mindfulness activities, cognitive reframing, therapeutic yoga techniques, body recognition, and grounding to bring you in to the present moment of your daily life. We can use strategies for distress tolerance and calming your polyvagal nervous system, as well as incorporate trauma impact statements for parenting and emotional regulation daily.
I know the value of outdoor play, vitamin N for nature, connection to one another, and building positive, long-lasting relationships as well as a strong sense of self in the world around us. It is wonderful watching others improve their own self-worth on their own path. Learn techniques to bring calm to chaos, and settle your stress from every day life.
