During our lifetime, we humans go through many life transitions. Helping women, children, and teens succeed through life's many demands is my focus and passion. Working with women who are experiencing a life transition is one of my primary strengths. The second area of focus within my practice is working with parents and individuals who are neurodivergent or who have a child who is neurodivergent. Being a parent of a neurodivergent child myself I enjoy connecting and helping parents and individuals as they navigate this oftentimes difficult journey.
I believe very deeply in the therapeutic connection and how healing it can be to feel understood. In therapy we work on learning who you are as a person and helping you learn how to thrive in your daily life. I meet you where you are at and together we work toward helping you grow.
Having a child with a neurodivergence can feel very lonely and add additional stress to parenthood. Being neurodivergent can also feel lonely and the world around you can feel very confusing. I’m here to help you as you navigate these emotions and to help you thrive.
