It takes a lot to get to a place where you have decided to get help. It's not always easy to confront difficult feelings and experiences and that's normal. I have a passion for helping people that want to learn how to better navigate their emotions in a healthier way, gain a deeper understanding of themselves and improve their relationships and quality of life. I specialize in working with people who struggle with low self-esteem, anxiety, interpersonal difficulties, substance use and that have experienced traumatic events. I also help people who are struggling with cultural issues and intergenerational trauma.

I work from a trauma-informed lens and draw upon a range of evidence-based techniques to equip you with tools that increase emotional awareness, foster self-compassion, and empower you to make positive changes. I strongly believe in the transformative power of holistic health and approach each client with a comprehensive perspective.
