I work from a "whole person" perspective, meaning that I recognize what is going on in both your mind and body. I incorporate a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help you heal. My training in Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Mindfulness, CBT, and DBT will inform our work together.
