My approach to therapy places emphasis on the relationship between the therapist and client as the foundation for healing. Although I have experience with all ages, I specialize in working with young adults (18-30) and their families struggling with substance use and other mental health issues including mood, personality, and eating disorders. Groups
Young Adult Ongoing Recovery Group
Led by a Certified Group Psychotherapist (CGP), this open, ongoing, young adult psychotherapy group is for those ages 18 to 29 in ongoing recovery and focusing on life stage related challenges. Participants will gain a better understanding of themselves and their relationships, while creating a sense of connectedness and belonging among their peers. Individuals will work to translate skills and insights learned in group into their day-to-day lives.
