I have a decade of experience working with individuals navigating life transitions, mood, anxiety, relationship and body image concerns. My clients often experience hardships due to patterns initially developed to survive and manage marginalization, unmet attachment needs, toxic societal messaging or traumas. I empower clients to recognize and honor their lived experiences, increase tolerance for and acceptance of emotions, increase insight into thoughts and behaviors, and practice new ways of being. This is in service of helping my client’s move through the world with more agency and intentionality.
