My particular specialties are working with people experiencing trauma or loss, recovering from toxic family environments, struggling with emotion dysregulation, or belonging to marginalized communities.
I work collaboratively with clients to develop treatment goals together. I try to empower clients, help them identify their own strengths, and teach them new skills in order to solve their problems. I also employ a comprehensive approach to emotional well-being, addressing the mind-body components of psychological health.
