I have a decade+ of experience working exclusively with women and their unique complexities. I practice feminist and contemporary psychodynamic therapy with a dash of acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). I am a neurodivergent affirming provider, who understands what it's like to navigate the world with ailments that are invisible to others.
