In my practice, I work with individuals that are struggling with eating disorders, body image, depression and other mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, perfectionism, and emotion regulation issues.

For more than a decade, I have specialized in eating disorders and body image issues. I enjoy helping people heal their relationship with their bodies and food. We will work on turning inward so that you can learn to listen to and honor your body's wants and needs. I take a Health at Every Size Approach and strive to create a size inclusive practice.
