Hi there! As a queer person, I know how hard it is to find a therapist you feel safe to open up to. My role is to provide quality therapy in a safe, judgement-free zone. My clients often feel overwhelmed, stuck, or different and struggle with depression, anxiety, life stress, and trauma. Although I specialize in LGBTQ+ affirming therapy (especially with lesser-known identities such as asexual, aromantic, nonbinary, genderfluid, etc), I work with all kinds of people who simply want a change.
I have specialized experience working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, dissociative disorders/DID, and identity concerns to find healing. I enjoy incorporating CBT, DBT, psychoeducation, parts work, mindfulness, and art for your benefit. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and client-centered.
I am currently not accepting new clients and on a waitlist. Visit my website to join the waitlist, or see my recommendations for trusted therapists.
