I approach therapy from a person-centered point of view, because I hold the belief that every person is the expert on their own self. Sometimes we just need help understanding what that means. That’s where I come in as a therapist, to walk with you, reflect and understand the knowledge you already have of yourself. I find my joy and fulfillment in understanding others, and taking part in their journey to self discovery. I have found passion in working with eating disorders, as this can be a complex population I have built a strong network of nutritionist and other psychiatrists so I may provide a well rounded treatment experience.

Understanding that each individual is unique, I acknowledge the diverse and intricate requirements that come with therapy. I am committed to meeting you at your current stage, comprehending your needs, and supporting you on the path towards fulfilling those needs. I adore working with teens, young adults, females and members of the LGBTQ+ community.

I understand beginning therapy, or starting with a new therapist can be intimidating. I start with a quick 15 minute phone call with all new clients to allow you the space to ask any question, get familiarized with myself, and make sure you feel confident moving forward.
