Currently offering teletherapy/in-person. Clients are met where they are and tackle concerns by utilizing personal strengths and wellness practice. Clients who work with me desire to grow internally, professionally, interpersonally, and physically. I work with concerns ranging from academic/professional issues, transition & self-growth to anxiety, depression, and developmental issues. In addition clients come for couples and family concerns and always receive affirmative, culturally-responsive counseling. LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and others marginalized by society are affirmed, celebrated, and honored on their journey toward liberation.
Specializations in LGBTQ+ affirmative counseling and working with diverse (in terms of race, ethnicity, ability, spirituality, education, socioeconomic status, national origin) clients. I counsel adolescent boys/girls/trans folx, individuals, groups, couples, and families. Affirmative/liberation/feminist modalities are utilized alongside traditional therapy.
I look forward to hearing your story. I practice many modalities (incl. EMDR) but one particular modality my clients appreciate is activity therapy, which can be a walk & talk, running, yoga, kickboxing, etc. Grow Well CLE has therapists who provide many modalities and are the first practice in Ohio City with additional locations in Lakewood & Sheffield!

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Group
Thursday 7pm TELETHERAPY CURRENTLY POSSIBLE. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) assists folx with managing/regulating behavior, cognition, and emotion. Participants will assess behavior change abilities and complete a behavior chain analysis alongside learning skills for mindfulness, distress tolerance (including reality acceptance and crisis survival), emotion regulation (reducing vulnerability to negative emotions, understanding/naming emotions), and interpersonal effectiveness (building effective relationships and terminating/changing ineffective strategies). We can bill for insurance/copays or a self-pay option. Group will run for 12-15 weeks. Contact us for next cycle start date.
