As both a licensed professional counselor and marriage and family therapist, I work with individuals, couples, and families dealing with a variety of concerns. My goal is to meet you where you are at, and ensure that your experience in counseling is one that is both safe and comfortable. I want to be able to create a safe space filled with empathy and warmth. Together, in this space we can form a collaborative relationship that will work to access the barriers and patterns that exist as well as identify goals that will foster change and growth.

I specialize in working with families, couples, and individuals. I also counsel both children and adolescents. I have worked extensively with diverse clinical issues, including anxiety, depression etc. along with relational issues such as trust, communication, etc. I have also received intensive training in medical family therapy.

I utilize an integrative, holistic approach in which I practice from a systemic lens. This lens incorporates family systems, mindfulness, wellness, narrative, structural, and cognitive-behavioral. Grow Well Cleveland has many different professionals who provide treatment from a wide range of modalities. We have offices in Ohio City, Lakewood, and Sheffield!
