As a practitioner I have a strong reliance on Person-Centered Therapy, EMDR Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. As not all interventions work for everyone, I use a variety of therapeutic interventions that address specifically each client’s needs. The core to my treatment is building a relationship of trust and collaboration.
