I have a bachelor's in Alcohol and Drug Counseling and a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I use an integrative approach like CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, and trauma-based. My goal is to guide adult individuals who struggle with trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, and self-discovery in their treatment process.
