I bring experience in treating many issues including: self-worth, identity processing, depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, grief, academic stress, work stress, autism, addiction, and relational issues. As a former teacher and college mental health counselor, I have a specialization in working with children, adolescents, and young adults.
I identify as Asian-American, queer and nonbinary, and I am committed to providing anti-oppressive, anti-racist, LGBTQ+-affirming, and gender-affirming care to all clients.
