I specialize in anxiety, trauma focused work, and life stage changes. I utilize a somatic approach, including relaxation and trauma informed care to help my clients discover the emotions underneath the surface. I have found success with even the most "resistant" clients.
I am unique in that I am young and have experience with a variety of different clients. I have a family background that gives me experience beyond my years. I am compassionate and empathic. I have a desire to work with clients who are ready to grow and develop healthy relationships.
