I believe that we all have the desire to be the best versions of ourselves. The therapy room is the perfect location to find growth and acceptance. My style is warm, accepting and understanding, providing a safe space for learning. I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families to assist them in finding their lost self. I find my niche is working with individuals who do not "believe" in therapy, especially males.

I specialize in teaching anger management skills and uncovering natural strengths, while challenging new ideas.I have found great success in working with even the most "resistant" clients. I have built a range of experience that includes co-parenting, reunification, and court-ordered therapy

I am unique in that I am young and accepting of a variety of different clients. I have a family background that gives me experience beyond my years. I am open and honest and desire to work with individuals who are ready to develop a healthy relationship and find peace.
