If you're a high achiever in NYC who has experienced childhood trauma, I will help you connect to your feelings, your partner, and your authentic self. My primary modality is EMDR. I specialize in complex childhood trauma that may be physical, sexual, but also relational (how you were treated by your parents).
I understand trauma, and I understand survivors. To be a survivor of child abuse makes you resilient, but also missing certain skills. My patients learn to safely feel their feelings, connect to others, but most importantly connect to themselves in order to start living a more authentic life post trauma.
