I have experience with a wide variety of issues including anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma and PTSD, grieving and loss and relational problems. I work to understand the underlying areas that contribute to suffering and help reveal useful perspectives that encourage insight and growth.
I have also trained in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy as an additional modality for addressing various traumas and PTSD. We will work in a variety of ways, incorporating breathing and relaxation techniques, body awareness and mind-body connection, where useful.

TV and Film Industry Support Group
I am looking to start a group based on the needs I have been seeing with clients who are in the industry. We will discuss the challenges of the industry and how to help support one another, given the challenges. We will also help support, challenge and encourage one another in creative process. The needs of the group can change and additional issues or concerns can be addressed as well. Currently taking applications. This group will meet once/weekly starting in July 2024 via zoom.
