I firmly believe that peace and even happiness can be found, even in the darkest of times. When life brings adversity, trauma, or illness, it can alter our perspective, often leading to depression, anxiety, internal struggles, and a sense of hopelessness. Therapy represents a partnership between two individuals embarking on a healing journey together. As healing progresses, it creates opportunities to rediscover peace and happiness.

My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can freely express themselves and work through internal struggles. Through therapy, the client and I can explore past experiences to better understand your present, fostering positive decisions for your future.

I have had the privilege of working closely with cancer patients and their families, adolescents, adults with eating disorders, and professionals in various fields, including business and pharmaceuticals.
