These goals can be met through a variety of methods including individual therapy, pregnant and postpartum support, couples therapy, parenting support, family therapy, and premarital counseling. Navigating the nuances of family life can be extremely challenging which is why I take a client-centered and unique approach to each person whom I have the honor of walking with in their journey.
I specialize in working with clients currently navigating the challenges of early family life such as pregnancy, postpartum, relationship distress, parents who would like to parent differently than they experienced growing up, families experiencing behavioral difficulties with their children, family conflict, and more.
