I specialize in attachment-based trauma-informed counseling and healing relationship issues. Couples come to me for help with communication, emotional and physical intimacy, conflict resolution, and emotional regulation. Individuals come to me for a deeper understanding of their relationship patterns. I support clients through life transitions: dating, premarital, couples/marriage counseling, family planning, and divorce. Romantic relationships start with yourself. My clients cultivate self-trust, self-love, and self-compassion. Love is everything it's cracked up to be and authentic connection is the most beautiful human experience.
I'm a complex trauma-informed relationship therapist with 10+ years of experience. I hold a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, a Post-Graduate Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy, and certifications in healing relational trauma. I blend individual counseling, systemic counseling, and complex trauma-informed counseling for holistic healing.
I use a multi-disciplinary therapeutic approach. People are dynamic and healing requires a large tool kit of interventions and exercises to find what works for you. I also have certifications in Reiki Healing Energy and Play Therapy - Improv Comedy. I believe comedy, humor, and a little bit of playfulness are incredibly healing and humor is magical and pure.
