Empathy is the cornerstone of my practice. I believe change develops from within, and flourishes when we have the right support. I provide a warm, interactive space for clients to show up authentically and address personal life challenges effectively. Together, we can create a customized action plans to help you address unhelpful patterns and cycles that keep you feeling stuck and block your ability to connect with yourself and others. Most importantly, I can help you learn practical tools and skills to create lasting change in your life.
I love my work! I am passionate about helping clients heal from trauma, narcissistic abuse, anxiety, and depression. I use a trauma-informed lens, post-modern theories, somatic techniques, IFS/parts work, CBT, and more. I specialize in Sex Therapy, LGBTQ+ and Poly/ Kink/ ENM communities, religious trauma, and creatives. Working toward EMDR Certification.
I have over ten years of experience and serve a broad spectrum of clients. I offer in-person and virtual sessions, and the ability to make payments and fill out forms in a secure, online Client Portal. Email me for a free consultation and see if therapy is right for you.
