Since 2013, I’ve helped people of all beliefs and backgrounds reclaim the trajectory of their lives. I began with a passion for navigating the waters of motherhood with women – from infertility, conception and pregnancy through the unexpected challenges of new motherhood, very real postpartum depression and the grief of loss when things don’t go as planned.
Being person-centered means I practice the modality that works for you. I’m transparent and direct, because our relationship is the crux of successful therapy.
