Holding this paradox gently appears to be the way to move through difficulty with softness and be open to the wisdom of the challenge. I help adults as going through natural life transitions and finding themselves struggling to make meaning of their difficulties. Changes in our relationships, health and roles in family are some of the things that can be very challenging to accept and contend with, and I can be your trusted guide.

I use my training, humor and curiosity to help you return to a sense of peace and calm. I collaborate with you to regain and remember your inner wisdom and strength so that eventually you will not "need" therapy. Through therapy, you will make new meaning of what is challenging to you and help you to cultivate joy and purpose in your life.

I also offer Ketamine Assisted Therapy, with information and FAQS at www.newmindtherapy.com. Along with traditional therapeutic work with clients, I also offer Washington state therapists Clinical Supervision as they pursue licensure. I work from a mentorship perspective, and help new therapists find their voice and confidence in their new professional role.

This is an 8 week group for anyone who has had a transformative experience with any psychoactive compound, or a Spiritually Transformative Experience of any kind. This is a place to share and gain insights into the meaning and purpose of your experiences, as well as talk with others who may have experienced something very similar. This will be a group that shares, that laughs, that talks about ideas and philosophy. We will use Integration techniques such a journaling and meditation to help you invite the wisdom of these experiences to your life.
