Healing and growth can take place when we can truly be present with the challenges in our life. To heal and move beyond our suffering we must undertake an honest process of self-examination. I understand how challenging it is to live in this confusing and alienating society. It is so important to find support, caring, and to be recognized and valued. It is my experience and, consequently, my belief that the challenges of life are an impetus for growth and healing. That journey starts with being seen, understood, appreciated, and held safely.
