I specialize in college students struggling with ADHD, anxiety, perfectionism, isolation/loneliness, and/or low self worth. I work best with people that have felt "missed", misjudged, or marginalized and have internalized an unhealthy pattern of self-criticism. Your transformation and healing in therapy will come through consistently and compassionately improving your relationship with yourself. You need to be willing to face all your emotions (yes, even the unpleasant ones), embrace your vulnerability, and reconnect with a strong sense of self worth and belonging.

My focus is on improving your emotional wellbeing during the therapy session, and you learn to do this for yourself outside of therapy. I am a Certified Group Psychotherapist and have found that group therapy is often the treatment of choice for many people. Our clinic also offers ADHD Assessments for those wanting/needing to find out if they have ADHD.

This online therapy group is for college students that can sense that psychological healing will come through authentic connections with other people. We focus on developing shame resilience, and we attend to each group member's goals (e.g. social anxiety, depression, desire for emotional intimacy, lack of assertiveness, low self worth). It is an interpersonal process group, which means we continually attend to our here-and-now interactions so that we can better recognize our patterns and change them. It is a powerful treatment modality and is designed to help clients obtain long-term characterlogical change.

Training Group for Therapist Interpersonal Process

I run three different groups designed for therapists. These ONLINE groups are for therapists that are wanting an interpersonal process group experience. It is NOT a therapy group, yet the bounds of confidentiality are maintained in the same way as a therapy group. Structure is 75 minutes of process and 15 minutes of debrief. $100/session with sliding scale options, and you may use professional development funding.
