I use a holistic approach to help you look at the roots of your emotional triggers from childhood & experiences in adulthood & find better coping mechanisms. We will problem solve together & come up with realistic solutions while keeping your emotional health in mind. We will explore behavioral patterns together & I will be there to help serve as your guide
