I support adults and couples/partnerships with navigating addiction recovery, trauma, anxiety, LGBTQ+, infidelity, codependency, polyamory, ethical non-monogamy, and communication skills.

Throughout my 7 years of experience, I have continued to witness that bringing your body and its sensations into your healing process is crucial for lasting results.
