Hi there, I am a licensed MFT and I work with individuals struggling with a range of anxiety related disorders, phobias, panic attacks and trauma. I also enjoy supporting people with issues of self-esteem, relationship difficulties and grief. I aim to be an authentic, warm, collaborative and non-judgmental therapist and to meet you wherever you're at. I work with individuals and couples who want a safe place to explore the depth of their difficulties, reform negative thinking and behavioral patterns and learn effective coping strategies.
I utilize an attachment and systemic lens and tailor my therapeutic approach based on your needs and personal strengths. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Exposure with Response Prevention (ERP) to help you reach your goals. I am also nationally certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
