I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who focuses on supporting individuals with mindful, focused and effective supports when they are struggling with hitting roadblocks in their lives and are not sure where to turn. I focus on developing a therapeutic alliance with individuals and meet them where they are at, both mentally and emotionally. I use an eclectic therapeutic approach, always stemming from building engagement and rapport, to support individuals with empathy, active listening skills and understanding to help them reach their full potential and move past potential barriers to their success.

I have extensive training and clinical experience working with children, adolescents and adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression or the affects of trauma. I also have a focus on behavioral services and emotional regulation support for individuals who are in crisis.

Life can be challenging at times and things can get messy or become difficult to navigate, but I believe that each individual is capable of success when they are armed with the right tools, strategies, and can develop the skills necessary to counteract negative thinking and work through the roadblocks that may arise.
