The world can be a really hard place. Are you looking for somewhere to focus on your goals and make the changes that feel difficult? As a QTBIPOC person, I know running up against systems can feel like an isolating experience. I'd appreciate an opportunity to work with you to process and collaborate on how to make meaningful changes that get you closer to living aligned with your values. My clinical focus includes Anxiety disorders, acute and complex trauma, navigating sexual and gender identity.
I have a Solution Focused perspective to therapeutic change by utilizing an integrative holistic approach which recognizes the whole person—challenges, strengths, and lived experiences. This includes utilizing Exposure Response Prevention therapy to help alleviate obsessions and compulsions, fears to improve self-compassion and connection with loved ones.
I am committed to helping anyone learn how to thrive as the best person they can based on one's strengths, lived experiences and challenges. Therapy can provide a space to learn how to integrate challenges into victories and see our strengths in the primary reflection of ourselves. Lastly, it’s OK if the process isn’t perfect, we just have to see it through.
