I have a wide range of experience working with individuals diagnosed with depression, anxiety, ADHD, parenting issues as well as those that struggle with the trauma associated with emotional, physical and sexual abuse.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 8 years of experience in the mental health field. I use Motivational Interviewing techniques which aids clients with identifying need areas as well as teaching skills to change maladaptive behaviors.
Therapy does not have to be awkward and uncomfortable, we can tweak things to suit your needs.
