If you are looking for a space to feel seen, to practice being your authentic self, and to work through current (or past) events that are bringing you distress, welcome. You’ve taken the often difficult first step towards healing. I am a psychotherapist serving folks out of the DFW area (I am also able to provide services in other areas of Texas), and I am particularly passionate about providing a space for exploration and healing to members of the Deaf community (d/Deaf individuals, CODAs, interpreters, Deaf educators, and others who are peripheral to the deaf community). I provide therapy in both English and ASL.
I utilize a humanist & multicultural lens to create a collaborative therapy space. I offer my professional knowledge and personal experience to my clients, I ask that my clients bring the expertise they have in their own lives, to bring their authentic selves to sessions, and to work together to measure progress towards their mental health goals.
