I am therapist and professor of psychology since 2012. I provide holistic services that range from talk therapy through mindfulness, DBT to CBT. I believe every person deserves attention and unconditional support to grow and empower themselves to make better choices in life. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity search and stress related disorders, grief and loss, adjustment, and overall mental health. I use talk therapy, CBT, mindfulness-based practices to create a unique type of therapy tailored to you. You will grow, change, transform, and empower self in the therapeutic process.
I have years of experience, extensive knowledge developed through clinical practice, training future therapists, and lecturing psychology.
